The MedicaSoft team has decades of experience delivering healthcare solutions internationally and in the U.S. Beginning in 1993 in Romania, the company has provided healthcare IT solutions for more than 200 hospitals and clinics in multiple countries and is now launching new software products and services in the U.S.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Ronald E. Ray, Board of Directors
Ronald Ray co-founded MedicaSoft with Michael Selby in 2005. Mr. Ray has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, spanning government service and consulting. He has founded, operated, and sold numerous companies. His military background includes U.S. Army Battalion Commander, Operations and Training Officer, and Platoon Leader in Vietnam during two combat tours. He is a recipient of the U.S. military’s highest decoration, the Medal of Honor, for his actions in the Vietnam War. He was also awarded the Silver Star, the Bronze Star, the Army Commendation Medal, and a Purple Heart. He is a member of the Special Forces Association, Congressional Medal of Honor Society, White House Fellows Association, Omicron Delta Kappa, Legion of Valor, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the American Legion.
Michael Louden, Board of Directors
Michael Louden is a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Prior to PwC, Mr. Louden was the President of Ray Group International (RGI), a consulting firm in Washington, DC. Mr. Louden has also served as a Senior Vice President at CACI and Executive Vice President at Condor Technology Solutions. He specializes in management consulting and technology.
Alexander V. Ray, Board of Directors
Alexander Ray is a Partner at Lau, Lane, Pieper, Conley & McCreadie, a civil trial firm representing clients throughout Florida. Mr. Ray specializes in personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation, and maritime law. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and the National Fire Protection Association. He is a former Director of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the Tampa Bay Business for Culture and the Arts.
Mike O'Neill, Board of Directors
Mike joined MedicaSoft from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he was Senior Advisor and a member of the founding team of the VA Center for Innovation. At VA, he led the introduction of innovations in technology and business practices in healthcare and claims processing. He spearheaded VA's open source electronic health records initiative and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of OSEHRA, the first open source foundation in healthcare IT. Prior to VA, Mike was involved in the commercialization of new products and technology as an executive in both startups and large companies and as an early stage venture capital investor.
